Copenhagen’s new residential neighbourhood in Ørestaden is called Bellakvarter. Close to the city and surrounded by beautiful nature, a lot of residential blocks are sprouting up.

The Bella 3 building project, named ‘Mørch’s Huset’ is an apartment block with a tower house. The tower house is clad with aluminium panels created using Nordisk Profil’s Napsu system. The lamellae are chosen in a light anodization which, along with the dark brick of the apartment building, creates a lovely contrasting building. The façade is designed with two different lamella dimensions to help create an exciting and striking look.
